Coast Spas warrants the spa shell fiberglass structure against water loss due to defects in workmanship and materials for five years to the original purchaser.
Coast Spas warrants the interior surface of the spa shell against blistering, cracking or delaminating for one year from the original date of purchase.
Coast Spas warrants the spa's electrical equipment components - specifically the pump(s), ozone system, fiber optic illuminator, heater and control system against malfunctions due to defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the original date of delivery.
Coast Spas offers a limited warranty on the factory installed plumbing components- specifically the jet backs, suctions, valve fittings, plumbing pipes and hoses against water loss due to defects in workmanship and materials for a limited period of three years from the original date of delivery. WOOD CABINETS: Coast Spas warrants it's wood skirts on bronze series to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year. EXTENT OF WARRANTY: Coast Spas extends this limited warranty solely to the original purchaser of any bronze series portable Coast Spa sold by its authorized dealers. Commercial applications are excluded from all warranty coverage. Replaceable service items such as light bulbs, pillows, batteries, fuses, o-rings and handles are not covered under this warranty, but are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship at time of delivery to original purchaser. Contact your local dealer for details. EXCLUSIONS: This limited warranty is void if Coast Spas or its designated representative determines that the Coast Spa has been subject to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse; if any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than Coast Spas or its designated representative; or if the failure is caused by accidents, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of Coast Spas. Neglect, misuse and abuse include any installation, operation or maintenance of the spa other than in accordance with the instructions contained in the owners manual provided with the spa. Specifically, damage caused by operation of the spa at water temperature outside the range of 32 degrees F (0 degrees C) and 120 degrees F (40 degrees C. This limited warranty does not provide coverage for the insulation cover, (see separate warranty) any item attached to , or installed on, the spa after the date of manufacture, or for gaining access to any component for repair or replacement. The spa owner accepts liability for repair work performed by anyone other than a designated Coast Spas representative. DISCLAIMER: Coast Spas, or any of its authorized agents shall not be held liable for injury, or loss of use of your spa or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damages, which may include but are not limited to the removal of a permanent deck wall or other custom fixtures. In no event shall Coast Spas be liable for any reason or cause, in excess of the amount paid for the products. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are valid. No agent, dealer, distributor, service company, or other parties is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this Limited Warranty in any manner whatsoever. LEGAL RIGHTS: This Limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from country to country. Limitation on implied warranties may not apply to you, due to your location. PERFORMANCE: To obtain service in the event of a defect covered by this Limited warranty, notify your Coast Spas dealer or Coast Spas as soon as possible and use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage. Upon proof of purchase, Coast Spas or it's designated service representative will correct the defect subject to the terns and conditions contained in this Limited warranty. There will be no charge for parts or labor to repair the defect, although you may be assessed reasonable repairman travel mileage charges if any. If Coast spas determines that repair of the covered defects is not feasible, we reserve the right to instead provide a replacement spa equal in value to the original purchase price of the defective spa. In such an event, reasonable costs for removal of the defective spa, shipping costs for the replacement spa and delivery and installation of the replacement spa will be the responsibility of the spa owner.
