Custom Cut Saunas

From Your Design Precut Materials Packages (for installation on your framed walls) Custom-Cut is a sauna built to fit any space. From your blueprint, floor plan or dimensions, you can have a sauna under a stairway, as part of a corporate fitness center, even outside on the deck.

You supply the imagination. Go ahead - angles, curves, dramatic use of glass, unusual door designs - if you can design it, we can build it. Once designed, you merely supply the studding, insulation and exterior walls. We do the rest. Each kit contains: interior walls and ceilings. Cut-to-length, tongue and groove, clear western red cedar (or other woods of your choice) all interior trim a genuine Helo heater, rocks and heater guard preassembled benches, backrests and headrests pre-hung door with glass window or all-glass door room light, duck board flooring, thermometer, all hardware and, of course, the wooden bucket and ladle.
