Austex Spas was started as a complimentary addition to Austex Fence & Deck, Inc. a company that Austin has known and trusted since 1990. We had for several years been referring our fence and deck customers to other Hot Tub dealers around the city after having completed a fence or deck project for them. Often times we would hear back from the customer that their experience was not a pleasurable one. Our customers were continuously encouraging us to offer Hot Tubs in addition to our many other services.

In 1999 we started researching the local market conditions and evaluating the other dealers in the area. We determined that we could indeed provide a service that was lacking in the Austin area. Our goal was to provide a product that met the needs of our customers and then to offer outstanding customer service to go along with that product.

We set out to research all of the Hot Tub manufacturers and to seek out the very best products on the market today. This was a very large undertaking and took quite a long time and a lot of investigating on our part. For us the decision was more than finding the absolute best products on the market, it was also finding a manufacturer that held the same values and commitment to establishing and maintaining long term relationships that we did. We have found through the many years of operations at Austex Fence & Dec, Inc., that a large part of our success is directly related to our commitment to long term relationships with our Customers, our Employees and our Vendors and Suppliers. So, for us the decision was two fold: Find a product line with exceptional quality, value and features, coupled with a company that was committed to the "Customer" the way we are.

We have indeed found what we believe to be the very best Hot Tubs on the market today with Coast Spas. We are fortunate to be able to meet the needs of most every customer that walks into our showroom. Coast Spas understands that not everyone buys a Hot Tub for the same reason. For some "Hydrotherapy" is the only thing that matters and for that person we are able to offer the very largest pumps matched with the highest quality jets in the industry to maximize their therapeutic massage. For others recreation and entertainment are the primary concerns, and for that customer we offer our exclusive "Sony Stereo Spa" or perhaps our "Entertainment Spa" which features a TV/VCR Stereo System that even disappears into the cabinet when not in use. Then there is also the customer that may have a more basic need or something smaller and for them we can offer affordable "Hot Tubs" that are smaller in price or size without sacrificing quality or features.

The other main ingredient to our commitment to our customers is to be able to provide outstanding service and response time should the need arise. We have our own company vehicles completely stocked with a full line of parts and accessories, in addition to factory trained service techs who come well prepared to meet your needs. This allows us to do all of our own warranty work to insure your continued satisfaction. We also have our own delivery trucks and personnel to assure that your new Hot Tub is not only delivered by professionals but also delivered on time.

So needless to say that our once small idea has now turned into the "talk of the town". We are well on our way of not only becoming Austin's largest Hot Tub Dealer, but also more importantly to be known as the people who do things a little different than the rest of the pack.

We currently have expanded our product base to include Helo Saunas, Baja Tables and Grills, and even outdoor fireplaces.
