" To our friends (and family) at Austex Spa's, we had to write as our personal feelings of enjoyment were simply not enough. For years my wife and I have enjoyed other forms of personal entertainment however all seemed to run out of steam or become a hassel. We have talked for years of how we would enjoy something that would provide us with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We also had talked about how relaxing the back yard could be if we added a little landscaping. We considered decking but this just didn't seem to fill the need for a "total" relaxing atmosphere. I have heard for years that a spa provides therapy for body aches and muscle relaxation.

I am very paticular about our purchases and have always insisted on quality and reliability. With any purchase a certain amount of study to gain basic product knowledge then evaluation of manufacturer's products is required for me to be comfortable with my purchase. With some 10 manufacturers evaluated, only Coast Spa's manufacturing satisfied all of my inquires. From Stailess Steel jets to double pump systems, Coast Spa's offered any and all options anyone could ask for, not to mention the Sony CD sound system, light therapy, aroma therapy and not to leave out the remote control. I would also like to say thanks to Austex Spa's as service is also an important part of our purchase. The follow up phone calls, the detailed explanation of operation all made us feel important to you. The last thing I would like to mention is funny yet serious. I'm sure many ladies of the house complain how "he" never listens to "her", well since enjoying our spa my wife has mentioned on several occasions how as we relax in our spa we are enjoying quality time in conversation. She is truly happy.

I wanted to drop you an email to tell you guys how much we appreciate the great deal on the Spa.  It has been a great addition to our pool area and has been used almost everyday since it was installed.

The small problem that we had at the beginning has been taken care of and we appreciate the courtesy calls when the schedule had to be moved, it makes quite a difference than having a customer wait and not know what the reason is.  Not that we ever had to wait very long for any call backs or installing and servicing the Spa.  Jim has done an excellent job, Colleen, thanks for the call backs and checking up on the spa, Mark, welcome to Texas and you have got a great organization to work with!  Steve, I appreciate the way you worked with me on the Spa, not only did I get a great deal, but I also feel that if I have any problems, I can count on Austex Spas."

"too bad more businesses aren't as knowledgeable and gifted as Austex"

" I've always wanted a hot tub.  After leaving my brother in Colorado I decided I wanted to really get serious about getting one. The hot tub store that he uses recommended Austex Spas.  I went to Austex Spas twice; both times I was really impressed with the service I received as a prospective customer.
I finally made a decision and your salesman Mark just made the experience of getting the spa of my dreams happen.  It was wonderful.  I was treated with respect and honesty.  Colleen assisted me in obtaining credit.  Of course I was a bit scared of making such a big purchase, like buyers remose --- such a big frivolous purchase, but I always came back to the fact, that it all fell into place, it was what I wanted, so I made the decision.  I am so happy I did.
I really believed that everyone had assisted me in fulfilling a dream - to make this all happen.  I couldn't have asked for a better experience.  I've given it some thought as to, "Gee, too bad more businesses aren't as knowledgeable and gifted as Austex".  I was happy with the financing process, I was happy with the delivery of the hot tub.  I am super happy with the hot tub itself!!!!  And then to add a bit of icing to the cake, the service/chemical gentlemen came, Jim, on time and waiting for me to give a detailed demonstration on how to care for my new hot tub.
This whole experience has given me a appreciation of your company and your product.  I would highly recommend to anyone that asks about where to get a spa----Austex Spas, and talk with Mark.  He is very knowledgeable and personable.  He had first hand experience with hot tubs, and that sold me too.  I am just totally pleased with my new purchase, my hot tub, WOW.  I'm really glad that I made that stop at Austex.  I feel it was meant to be.  I am so thankful for such a great experience.  I LOVE MY HOT TUB.
